The challenge
A quick-commerce operation needed its customer apps, order tracking, pricing, stock, and customer support workflows to work together.
What we built
We built and delivered over twelve applications for NSN Ventures LLP, including the overall backend development for the group. The centrepiece is TingTing, NSN's quick-commerce brand, for which we built the web, Android and iOS clients and the services behind them: real-time order and rider tracking, invoicing, inventory management and authentication. Working with a team of twelve developers, we also implemented several ML pipelines for commodity demand prediction and product recommendations. Along the way we resolved the key pricing and stock-management issues that were eroding margin, and built the CRM system the brand now uses for dispute resolution.
